What Is MYVS Rewards?
MYVS Rewards is a card less loyalty programme introduced by Vijay Sales to reward its guests with special incentives for shopping at its stores. Whenever a registered member purchases products from a Vijay Sales store or via the Vijay Sales online website, the member gets rewarded with loyalty points.
Is There Any Registration Fee To Subscribe To The Myvs Loyalty Programme?
There is no registration fee or processing fee to subscribe to the MYVS Loyalty Programme.
How Do I Register For The MYVS Rewards Programme
You can visit any exclusive store of Vijay Sales and enrol yourself in the MYVS Rewards Programme. For Enrolment, you would be asked to share your details - First Name, Last Name, Mobile, Email address by the Store Staff to feed it in the system. After the enrolment, you will receive a text message of Welcome SMS with a link for details to update the profile information.
What Is The Validity Of The Points Earned?
Points earned would be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of invoice generation. If the same is not redeemed within a period of 2 years, such points will automatically lapse.
How Many Points Do I Earn On My Purchase?
If you are a member of the MYVS Rewards Programme you will earn points every time you purchase merchandise on a minimum amount of ₹100. A member earns 0.75% of the final purchase value as reward points. E.g. – If you make a purchase of ₹10000, you will earn points 75 reward points for the purchase.Loyalty points are not applicable to bulk buyers, dealers, and resellers.
How Do I Redeem My Reward Points?
You can redeem your points against any items at any Vijay Sales stores only. Points can be redeemed at ₹1 per point and there is no minimum cap on point redemption. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number which the guest needs to show to the cashier to authenticate the Point Redemption.
IF THE POINTS ARE NOT YET CREDITED, THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can scan & email us a copy of the bill at loyalty@vijaysales.com and the points would then be credited to your account within 3 working days post internal verifications.
WHEN THE POINTS WILL BE CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT?
Store staff will tag your registered mobile number with the bill to create the invoice and points will be credited after 7 days of invoice generation.
WILL I GET ANY NOTIFICATION MESSAGE FOR POINT CREDIT?
You will receive a notification through text message on your registered mobile number for the number of points credited.
CAN I CLUB MY MYVS REWARD POINTS AND GIFT VOUCHERS TO PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
Yes, MYVS Reward point and Gift Vouchers can be clubbed to pay for the purchase.
CAN I TRANSFER MY REWARD POINTS TO ANOTHER MOBILE NUMBER?
No. Reward points once credited against a mobile number cannot be transferred to another mobile number.
CAN MY REWARD POINTS BE ENCHASHED?
No. You cannot encash rewards points
