Headphones/earphones have become our most important travel partner. Keeping in mind their importance, you must take really good care of your buddy. Here are some tips and tricks on how you can make your device last longer.

Take good care of your earphones when they are not in use. Wrap  them up carefully and store them in a case when not in use. This prevents them from getting tangled and maintains their shape.

3. Clean Them Regularly

An essential but most ignored part about taking care of headphones is cleaning. Wipe clean your ear-pieces regularly before storing them. Besides keeping maintaining the longevity of your devices, it is also a healthy habit for your ears.

4. Unplug After Use

Everytime you are done using your earphones, is advised that you unplug, wrap and store your earphones carefully. Keeping it attached to your devices while they’re not in use, can reduce their lifeline.

5. Essential Precautions

Besides the tips mentioned above, you must also avoid sleeping with your headphones/ earphones on, shoving them carelessly into your bags or pockets or pulling  them by the wire.
